QPID-5311:
- Support generating source exports from local checkouts
- Consolidate release script setup to a reusable function
- Remove the never used export-release script
- Make the generate scripting generic wrt traditional qpid
and qpid modules such as proton and jms
- Prefix script messages with the script name to make it easier
to distinguish script output from that of subprocesses
- Add printed notices of normal script completion
- Switch to using branch rather than tag URLs in the release
pages; it improves testability and does little harm
- Delete the temporary work dir on "make clean"
- Update the script dependencies in the readme
