Description: If I delete a BDB HA virtualhost, the special HA JMX mbean
should also be unregistered from the JMX registry. This is currently not the
case: the mbean is left behind with a reference to the JE Environment.
Operations on the mbean fail as the JE environment is closed. (was: If I
