In a two-router network:
- Start node-1
- Connect a subscriber to node-1 with a mobile address
- Disconnect the subscriber (mobile address table is empty)
- Start node-2
Observe that node-2 sends a MAR every second and receives an empty MAU from
node-1. This will persist until another subscriber subscribes to node-1.
This protocol should stabilize immediately after the nodes synchronize
themselves.
