Minor change to allow for the use of addresses of the form
<exchange>/<routing-key> to be used over AMQP 1.0 ...
When attaching for sending to such an address, all messages are routed to the
given exchange with the given routing key regardless of the contents of the to
field of the message.
On consuming, a (temporary) queue is created and bound to the exchange with the
given binding key. One can thus send to "amq.topic/foo.bar" and receive the
message by consuming from "amq.topic/foo.*"
