Summary: Improve site links to JMS client documentation

Currently, the links for the JMS client links on the qpid.apache.org site
direct the user to the Programming in Apache Qpid book and the Examples.
These resources are not suitable for those wishing to use the Qpid AMQP 1-0
(prototype) client, nor are they suitable for those wishing to use the Qpid
AMQP 0-10..0-8 client with the 0-91..0-8 protocols (the examples use ADDRs and
use some 0-10 features).
The change will make the following available:
* the JMS AMQP 1-0 (prototypes) examples
* the JMS AMQP 0-8..0-91 documentation/examples
