Description:
The broker-core currently indicates it depends on xalan. This was previously
found to be erroneous during work on the maven build in QPID-5048 and so the
dependency was removed. We should make the same change in the Ant build.
This is a trivial change, and removes an unused 2.7MB jar from a couple of
release archives.
