Rather than have each object contain code for converting from attribute maps
into the effective values, use a Proxy class to present a view onto how the
object would look after the changes were applied - also provide the attribute
names of the changed attributes
Also allow for ManagedAttributeFields to indicate methods to be called pre/post
their values being altered.
