Hi Rob,
I've reviewed commits r1588301, r1588468, and r1588501. Minor comments only:
# QueueMbean. MBeanUtils class can be eliminated by use the CO#getChildByName
# QueueMbean. We should use the Model getters (getDescription...) rather than
getAtrribute(Queue.DESCRIPTION....)
