Rob, I've re-reviewed the changes made r1589912 (those made in response to my
review comments 2014-04-24).
# Changes/new test for unknown alternate exchange look good
# We have an analogous problem with AMQUnknownExchangeType. The
AMQUnknownExchangeType constructor is never invoked, so catch block at
ServerSessionDelegate#760 can never be executed. Instead I think the protocol
layer will see a ServerScopedRuntimeException from
ConfiguredObjectFactoryImpl#create.
