Sometimes I spot automated tests failing in python_test ->
qpid_tests.broker_0_10.management.ManagementTest.test_connection_stats with
backtrace:

Frequency of failure is over 1 from 10 test rounds (could be e.g. 1/3 as I dont
track it - seen it twice, 1/10 is a safe low value).
Seen on RHEL6 virtual machine with 1 NIC, 4 cores, 2GB RAM.
