Description: The Ruby and Perl client libraries do not contain bindings to
qpid::types. (was: Perl client does not contain binding to a qpid::types, and
unlike other clients, does not provide a 1:1 data type mapping. Type mapping
cannot be native like in other languages, but additional mapping to
Qpid::type::variant could solve the problem artificialy.)
