Remove use of the Port attribute availableProtocols and replace with protocols.
Refactor the protocols attribute to use the CO's model defaulting mechanism to
assign the correct protocol defaults based on each port type.
The AMQP port type needs to respect the protocol inclusions/exclusions system
properties.
