Summary: Remove dependency on crypto-js

It has been decided that we do do wish the Java Broker (specifically the web
management console) to depend on Crypto-JS [1]. Instead it will maintain
SHA-1/SHA-256 functions itself. This is done as we do not wish it to rely on a
library that is in an inactive develop state.
