If I create messaging connections to a virtualhost, then use Web Management to
Stop the Virtiualhost, I expect the virtualhost to close all existing
connections and prevent new ones from being formed. The former is not
happening: the messaging connections remain open.
Stopping the Virtualhostnode closes messaging connections correctly.
