Implement or modify the VHN/VH view and edit dialogs to be up to date with tyoe
specific and common/derived attributes..
implementation should be sensibly shared to avoid duplication of UI code.
if virtualhost is not active, then panels for queues, exchanges, connections
etc should be hidden
