In order to allow an operators of complex systems to more effectively manage
systems with many messaging clients, the process identifiers (pids) of the
remote client processes should be made available from the Web Management UI.
This change will wire up the currently unused Connection model attribute
remoteProcessPid to the pid yielded at part of the 0-8..0-10 connection
negotiation. It will also make the same field visible through the UI.
