Summary: [AMQP 1.0] Broker restart failure with durable topic using
non-durable exchange (was: [linearstore] Broker restart failure with durable
topic using non-durable exchange)
Updated title to reflect that this is actually an issue with the AMQP 1.0
plugin, not the store as such (and would I believe be an issue for all stores).
