Summary: Queue tab improvements

The queue tabs needs the following extra attributes to be useful to an operator
of a Java Broker:
* queueFlowResumeSizeBytes
* queueFlowControlSizeBytes
* maximumDeliveryAttempts
Also the attributes pane should be reformatted to use two columns.
