Summary: UI to expose attribute defaults during create and edit
workflows

The model underlying the Java Broker has provision for Configured Object
attributes to have default values. The defaults take effect unless the user
overrides them be specifying a value.
These default value need to be revealed to the user in create and edit workflow
so the user can understand how the system will behave, if they choose to leave
an optional field blank.
The decision has been made to utilise Dojo's widget promptMessage to reveal the
default to the user during create and edit workflows.
