Currently, results handling for operations such as opening and closing
connections/sessions/producers/consumers occurs based on waiting on the object
monitor of AmqpConnection and being notified (along with all other such waiting
threads) to wake up inspect for completion of the operation using a predicate
object. It would be good to make this more granular, and tie in to the newer
Events handling (see related QPIDJMS-26) code that will in many cases be
explicitly dispatching the result of changes for a specific resource.
