AMQP 0-9-1 defines queue names as simply a shortstr and does not appear to
place any further restrictions on its form.
AMQP 0-10 defines queue name as a str8 and "Queue names must have a length of
between 1 and 255 characters inclusive, must start with a digit, letter or
underscores ('_') character, and must be otherwise encoded in UTF-8."
Thus both seem to allow for the possibility of queues with "/" in their name...
however if one creates such a queue then attempt to view it through the HTTP
management console... the results could be considered disappointing. (see
screenshot)
