Fix For: 0.31
For customized Qpid builds based on Apache Qpid releases, it would be
convenient to display both original Apache Qpid version and a custom version as
a release version.
Custom version can be added as a suffix to the original Apache Qpid version,
for example,
0.32;x.y.z
where 0.32 is Apache release version and 'x.y.z' is a custom release version.
