Transactions are currently not supported by the qpidd broker or C++ and python
clients when using the AMQP 1.0 protocol. This JIRA is to implement and local
(TX) transaction support on qpidd, the qpid C++ and python (SWIG) clients and
the Java JMS client. We will also test all the clients against the qpid Java
broker for TX inter-operability.
Support for DTX transactions will be a seprate JIRA.
