Validation of configuration against schema should disallow inter-router
listeners and connectors if role == standalone. This used to be done by the old
configuration code, it dropped out with the new management/configuration code.
Without this check, creating inter-router listeners on a standalone router can
cause a core dump. The core dump should also be fixed.
To reproduce: Modify qdrouterd1.conf to be standalone and start it with
qdrouterd2.conf.
