The Web Management UI is to be enhanced to allow a user to download the
configuration of a virtual host, and to later use the same file when creating a
new virtual host node.
The potential use cases are to allow virtual host configuration to be
conveniently promoted between environments (dev=>UAT=>Prod) and perhaps to
allow virtual hosts to be cloned, for instance, when developers have separate
virtual hosts.
The VH tabs will include a button to get the VH as a JSON file. The combined
VNH/VH creation dialogue will be enhanced to accept a JSON file upload.
