Enhancements to the metadata service now mean the following attributes (which
were never truly intended to be attributes in the first place) can be removed.
VH#supportedExchangeTypes
VH#supportedQueueTypes
Broker#supportedAuthenticationProviders,
Broker#supportedPreferencesProviderTypes
