QPID-6291: [Java Broker] Remove the now defunct supported attributes:
VH#supportedExchangeTypes, VH#supportedQueueTypes,
Broker#supportedAuthenticationProviders,
Broker#supportedPreferencesProviderTypes
Clients now can discover the supported attributes in a generic fashion via the
metadata service.
