When trying to determine the cause of a production incident, knowing the
process PID is sometimes a useful piece of information that can be used to help
correlate actions of job control systems, human operators etc.
The Java Broker should be changed to log the process's PID (if available) on
startup in the same manner as it does for information such as memory, JVM
version etc.
