QPID-6304: [Java Broker] Remove now redundant
FileKeyStoreCreationTest/FileTrustStoreCreationTest
* These test cases seemed to be testing features of the core model rather than
anything specific to keystores/truststore. The core model
is tested by the AbstractConfiguredObject tests.
