The change below breaks the API, is that deliberate? It will affect at
least qpid-cpp (possibly also dispatch).
It was deliberate, although I didn't spend overly long considering the
consequences, so if it's a problem we can roll it back.
FWIW, I think the change preserves binary compatibility, however the struct
fields are (unfortunately) named slightly differently.
I can change qpid-cpp to handle the difference, if that is the only
thing that is affected. Dispatch appears not to have an issue.
