Fix For: 0.4
If the remote ends a session with outstanding active links, those links are
never detached. This prevents dispatch from properly releasing the proton
links. The underlying proton links are freed by proton when the session is
released, which results in dispatch holding a bunch of invalid pointers. Then
dispatch gets all crashy.
