Updated the client so that protocol can be selected either by setting the
System property qpid.ssl.protocol or by using the Connection URL option
ssl-protocol in the URL query string.
Similarly the provider can be chosen using the System property
qpid.ssl.provider or by using the Connection URL option ssl-provider
