There is a defect in the following workflow:
# Starting Broker with a fresh QPID_WORK
# Click "Add Provider", choose "Plain", called it "myplain", select
"FileSystemPreferences" and give it a path /tmp/myplain.prefs"
# Click Save
# Provider and Preference provider saved okay
# Open the new provider, note that the path of the prefs provider is show
correctly /tmp/myprefs.prefs
# Edit Pref Provider Attributes
# Edit dialogue displayed, but the shown path is incorrect DEFECT - see
screenshot
