The qpid-server.bat contains a typo (QPID_WOKR) that means the default work
directory defaults to c:\Temp rather than the user's home directory. c:\Temp
is not desirable location for application data as it may be cleaned on server
restart.
If the user has set QPID_WORK, as recommended by the docs, this defect has no
impact.
