I notice that when updating a single attribute of an object through the Web
Management UI (for instance, a port's binding address attribute), the
underlying store is written many times. Further investigation showed that
there is a separate save being generated for every attribute sent from the UI
(which includes values that have no changed).
There is an expression in AbstractConfiguredObject#changeAttributes that
appears to want to prevent unchanged values causing set attribute events, but a
logic defect means this is not the case.
