Implemented connection.redirect in 0-8/9/9-1 in the Java client.
Added a redirector VirtualHostNode type to allow for static redirection
configuration.
Next steps:
1. Add UI to allow for the configuration of the redirector virtual host node
2. Add UI/config for BDB HA virtual host node to allow for automatic
redirection to the master
3. Allow for richer hostname/URLs for redirection (not just host:port)
4. Integrate with AMQP 1.0 redirection
