Summary: 08..09 Send connection.close before closing socket

Currently on the 08..09 path, closing the Client object merely closes the
socket. It would be an improvement if the client endeavours to send the
connection.close frame, if the connection is still present.
This avoids the peer reporting the unexpected loss of the connection.
