The java source tree is to be moved to support an independent release cycle.
The move will be performed in a manner to preserve trunk history. The
branches/tags directory will be empty until the first independent release of
the java components is made.

svn mv https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/qpid/trunk/qpid/java

The java build requires the specs, so these will be scv copied into the tree
too.
The java docbooks will be (java-broker/jms-client-08..091/perftests) will be
moved to their respective trees beneath ${component}/src/doc
