Now the new proton based AMQP 1.0 JMS client has been released, this should the
focus for ongoing development work, and for new customers using AMQP 1.0 in
Qpid.
As such the old AMQP 1.0 client should now be considered to be in maintenance
mode. Future releases of this will come from the 0.32.x branch - it will not
form part of the 6.0 release of the java components.
Since the broker amqp-1.0-protocol plugin still uses the code in
amqp-1.0-common, we can copy that source code into the broker plugin in the
Java tree as it is not now used elsewhere.
