Description: The client supports a number of SASL mechanisms, from which it
will select one based on the available credentials and supported server
mechanisms (assuming there is a mutually supported usuable mechanism). It may
be desirable in some cases to control what mechanism(s) the client can choose
from those supported and offered by the server, e.g to force use of anonymous,
or conversely ensure it is never selected. (was: The client supports a number
