The Open performative includes a properties map. In AMQP 0-10, a similar map
is available in the Connection.Start control (server-properties). 0-10
recommends including information in this map that can be used by clients to
identify the server they have connected to. This information includes the
name of the 'product' and its version.
Dispatch should add 'qpid-dispatch' to the 'product' field of this map, and
include the version of dispatch in the 'version' field.
