Fix For: 6.0 [Java]
Use Logback's SiftAppender with a discriminator formed with the fully qualified
classname and test name to produce the per-test log file. For tests using many
(separate process Brokers), use a SocketAppender and ServerSocketReceiver to
organise for the consolidation of all output in the test log.
