Currently the Performance Test framework uses Gson to serialise/deserialise
configuration to/from JSON. Meanwhile the remainder of the Java project has
settled on Jackson for the same purpose. Test is to remove Gson and replace
with Jackson. This eliminates a dependency from the project.
