The old JMS client, on the 0-8..0-91 code path only, uses the system
*amqj.protocol.logging.level* to control whether logging events are sent to the
SLF4J. This is non-standard, differs from the 0-10 path, and makes it harder
for the user to turn on the protocol trace.
