Calling "qdstat -b localhost:5672 -c" tries to communicate to the dispatch
router via IPv6 only. If that fails, no attempt on IPv4 is done.
Just for reference, /etc/hosts has:
127.0.0.1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost4 localhost4.localdomain4
::1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost6 localhost6.localdomain6
