The proton based Qpid JMS client does not use the names as described in the
apache-filters.xml, but sends the JMSHeader names as is. This works with other
brokers so changing the client is less than ideal for interop. By modifyig
qpidd to recognise these headers, overall interop over 1.0 will be improved.
