Description:
Dispatch now participates correctly in AMQP heartbeats and will close
connections that are idle past their timeout.
A new attribute "idleTimeoutSeconds" has been added to both the "listener" and
"connector" configuration entities. The default is 16 seconds. If set to
zero, the timeout is disabled.
