If I run the Joram tests using the new Qpid JMS client, then examine the Web
Management Console, I see that whilst the Port reports the connections used by
the test have gone, they remain associated with the Virtualhost.
It looks like org.apache.qpid.server.protocol.v1_0.Connection_1_0#closed is not
being called.
