Summary: [Java Broker] In web UI switching too a restarted VH

Steps to reproduce in Web UI:
1. Open a Virtual Host Node tab
2. Open the associated Virtual Host tab
3. On the VHN tab stop the VHN
4. Verify that the VH tab now shows a "invalid" page
5. restart the VHN
6. double clicking on the VH switches back to the invalid VH tab instead of
opening a new tab or refreshing the old one.
