Resolution: Not A Problem
The ability to remove a default virtual host is not an intrinsic concern.
The restriction used to be in place to prevent the dangling reference from
Broker that would be caused by the removal of the default virtual host. Since
QPID-6443 the default is carried by the VHN itself, so the dangling reference
can no longer occur.
